Need To Succeed, Inc.

Need To Succeed, Inc. was formed in 2019 by Diane Timberlake. Ms. Timberlake is a certified reading specialist, who taught in the public-school system for 16 years. Before becoming a teacher, she worked in public housing and various financial institutions. Her experience in the corporate world helped her to gain the necessary experience and knowledge to help others develop skills for today’s society. Although she is a natural leader, teacher, and motivator, Diane’s passion is helping others. Out of this passion, Need To Succeed was born.

Need To Succeed’s mission is to empower individuals to reach their full potential by meeting their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs through literacy education, community assistance, and intentional regeneration.

The vision of Need To Succeed is to equip individuals with the tools that will allow them to educate, regenerate and motivate themselves to become whole in mind, body and spirit.
